BMO Bank of Montreal 348 Lacroix Street Chatham

Have had very few good experiences at this bank. Staff is arrogant and very unpleasant to deal with. Trying to call or get a callback is near impossible. Not sure if it’s a staff issue or a company issue regardless haven’t had very many good interactions.

BMO needs to post their ATM hours online for when they lock the doors at night the branch on Lacroix Street

Waiting almost 30 minuets with no help from anybody, only one other customer was in the entire bank. It was also Saturday! Hire some more staff, this is sad.

The longest wait times. I can stand 10 min waiting for the 2 working tellers to call me. This place needs to hire more workers for when the times are busy

This Bank of Montreal is well laid out nice parking lot.. good location two ways to get in the parking lot and it's always very clean and I tend to go once it's closed but it's quick simple easy to use and very convenient
