Tried to renew a simple mortgage through this branch. I had two agents, Melissa and Muchen, take turns being out of office and handing my file back and forth for over a month until my renewal date had passed. I was so frustrated by the lack of professionalism and accountability that I moved my mortgage to RBC, who were able to handle the more complicated transfer within a week with all the terms and conditions I was looking for.

Absolutely the worst BMO branch in all of Calgary. Wait time is easily 20-30 mins to see a teller, they are understaffed, they do not answer phone calls, and they never show any regard for any of their customers that walks into their branch. Take your business elsewhere.

These banks are getting terrible. 30$ to verify a check today after waiting in line for 45 minutes. This locations been here for years. The building is well kept. The parking and access is good too. But what’s the branch really here for now? All the product they sell, they can sell online. All product are sold based on strict criteria anyways. You won’t find personal service here anymore.

Horrible bank and staff. Skyler thinks it is fine to read though emails when trying to give spelling of a name. When confronted, she was dismissive and refused to even offer an apology. Try to call and get no response. Go anywhere else.

Pleasant and efficient service at this BMO; I would recommend this as a banking centre. This BMO can be accessed with in person service, drive thru ATM’s, and indoor ATM’s. The team members here were helpful, talkative, and provided information relevant to my account. It appeared they are still taking COVID-19 seriously, as they had several sanitizer stations, and a handwritten sign with info. Such a nice change!
