Bank of Ireland 177 Drimnagh Road Walkinstown

Extremely unhelpful, and what they had promised to do was not even done. I am having to waste a lot of time, and the lack of help is now causing me a lot of problems. Why again do I pay a service charge when I am doing all the work?

Dire bank . Card swallowed up my sons card...he went in with his dad to retrieve told this could not be done ....so ordered a new card 4 weeks ago ....still No sign of it. Dire customer care have to go down personally tomorrow to try sort out what's the problem....after phone calls, contact via X, emails and online complaint we still have to go down to get a basic level of care for a card to be sent out. What an abysmal service. My son is 18 and 6 weeks ago started an apprenticeship after his leaving cert and has little time for this messing around ....Cant access his wages due to this messing around...Poor show BOI and the young girl who took his details. He will have to reconsider where he is banking in the future !

Recently had issues with my online account, following much to-ing & fro-ing, I had the please of meeting a customer service agent called Jackie at the walkinstown branch, who through her knowledge and expertise, going the extra mile and solved the issue in record time. I would be quick to complain so have to give this lady 5 stars.

Liars. They treat people like idiots. The agent tried forcing me to subsribe for unnecessary and more expensive services. She came with such poor excuses: what I wanted is not for full time workers (then for who), it's only available online (website: only in person), it's better for you (how could she know, it's better for the bank). I asked her why she treated me like a moron, but she didn't answer. Which is the actual admission.

2 weeks to get a simple bank statement! Are you having a laugh, in this day and age of super fast technology?!! What am I paying bank charges for?
