Service could be improved. Please assign somebody to work during lunch hour. It is unprofessional for banks to let customers wait for more than half an hour until staffs return from their lunch break.

There was no customer service representative because they said they were on leave. But there wasn't a replacement. 🥲 At the branch near my house, there was only one customer service representative. The queue was in the morning and finished in the afternoon. 🥲 At the branch in Kuningan, they transferred it to me, and I was told to go directly to the DPLK. 🥲
