I’d like to share my honest experience as a customer at BNI Setiabudi Branch, which unfortunately left me quite disappointed. Here are the key points from my visit: 1. Unfriendly Customer Service (“S”) I was surprised by how unfriendly the customer service staff was. There was no smile, no warmth, and even when discomfort arose on the customer’s side, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. A simple “we’re sorry for the inconvenience” is a basic form of courtesy that I usually receive at other banks. 2. The Security Guard Was the Most Helpful I’m puzzled why a security guard had to be the one dealing directly with a customer. Is that really the standard procedure now? 🙏 I hope this review can serve as constructive feedback for BNI to improve its service. Customers don’t just come to the bank for transactions — they come expecting to feel safe, respected, and well-served.
The bank statement printing service is fast. The security is very friendly and helpful.
