The parking lots are adequate. I've visited this building several times. I can get my vehice parked easily, either by car or motorcycle.

No bench at the lobby. If you wanna sit, go outside and get to the back of the building, you can found MOR minimarket with enough benches at it. Apart from, the building is quite spacious. I got my office (Colas Rail) on the 11th floor.
