This branch is awful; they only serve customers according to the cashiers' whims. The managers are all despots who don't care about providing good service, and nobody says anything. They really should close this branch or replace all the staff. The wait is at least 30 minutes. I've already reported this situation, and they haven't done anything. I don't recommend buying anything from these people.

There was only one cashier working, and when they finally called me, they told me that the manager said I couldn't pay because I had to bring a printed copy of the order, even though they've never required that at any of the other branches.

I went to open a checking account and a woman with glasses treated me terribly at customer service. First of all, she skipped my turn, and when I explained my situation, her responses were passive-aggressive and she showed a real lack of willingness to help me. Don't go there, and if you see a woman with glasses at customer service, know that she's unpleasant.

In my case, the service was excellent, everything was very fast. It's a less crowded branch in the downtown area. I went to pick up my FAN card and the service was quick, calm, and friendly.

This bank is terrible, both in-person and online. It's best not to open an account here.
