The security guard who works there is fantastic. He helped me recover my password and navigate the whole process. The online banking or phone support was completely useless. The account manager was even less helpful, but the security guard solved my problem in 10 minutes. I even had to bring my dog, and when he got a little impatient, he took over the entire process for me and was incredibly helpful. He's a real gem; they deserve a raise—he's the best thing about the bank.

Horrible service, the tellers are empty and they make you stand in line because the deposit amounts are less than 50 million 😵‍💫, silly rules that aren't in all branches, it's absurd, those express tellers should be for a deposit slip, not for junior or administrative staff who have like 10, and you have to stand in line for 30 minutes, it's ridiculous, customers doing the tellers' job, as if we had time, it makes the morning even more tedious.

Poor logistics management for customer service; the order in which customers are served is completely inefficient. Furthermore, the customer service leaves much to be desired.

They send you to deposit money in a machine that's usually out of order, so you have to go through the checkout anyway. Once you take a number, you can wait anywhere from 10 minutes if there aren't many people, to over an hour when there are.

I went to cancel my FAN account, and the young woman at the customer service desk, upon hearing that I wanted to cancel the account, vanished from her "I'm not very friendly" expression and replaced it with one of "I hate you." Her reluctance to do so was obvious. Canceling a product should also be a positive experience, since as an agent you don't know the reason for the cancellation, and it's best to leave a good impression until the very end. My intention was to open a checking account, but given her rude attitude and poor treatment, I didn't.
