In less than 10 minutes, I left my glasses/lenses behind and they disappeared. Unfortunately, the bank doesn't help its customers find a solution.
I've known this bank since I was a child, and today, as a customer, I find it quite good. The tellers and staff are always friendly. I like the branch's location, infrastructure, and the digital service screen for getting a customer service number. It's rarely crowded. The guard is always friendly, greeting me or helping me open the door.
The only bank in Chile that doesn't send debit cards to your home; every time you go to their branches you have to spend the whole day there and they don't accomplish anything.
The Banco de Chile Los Castaños branch is on another level, always spotless. I hadn't been there in a while, but now there's a queuing machine and plenty of chairs to wait in. Plus, the tellers are super modern (I haven't seen them like this anywhere else). The only downside is that even though it has about seven parking spaces, they're never enough. Maybe if they removed the grass... 🙄 XD
They give me things to write about because they know I don't know how to write, but it's the same, I like crosses a lot.
