There aren't enough staff to cover all the positions, the four teller windows are far too few for the number of customers, the customer service desk is incredibly slow, this bank is generally terrible, one of the worst branches. And the doorman just spends his time smoking and gossiping.

In times of pandemic, we need to be a little kinder and do our best while being respectful. I came to pick up the plastic and couldn't park because the officials have their vehicles parked there and everyone else has to wait outside. (Attached is a real-time image showing a guard and security officer with a remote control, leaving the gate open only for one person...) The line has been in place for 50 minutes and I'm still stuck. At least they have the common practice of letting the elderly in... It's going to be a long day...

I don't understand people who say the service is good and fast. I've been here twice because it's the closest bank to my work, and the gentleman who gives out numbers is terrible! Besides the fact that the service is incredibly slow, the tellers take forever 🥲 It's truly a terrible branch!

Slow, too slow... I've been waiting for 45 minutes and I'm two numbers away from being called back, terrible service.

Poor customer service, very slow. And not enough staff. Especially for customer service, payments, or money transfers.
