Our choice to fly around the world
One of the largest branches remaining in the area. The problem is that it always has only two or three teller windows open, so the wait is never less than an hour, especially around lunchtime when it's always very crowded. Furthermore, compared to newer branches of other banks, this one has fallen far behind in terms of comfort and modern amenities.
It can't be that they are so slow, waiting for more than 30 minutes and the customer service people don't serve anyone when they are empty, with more than 10 people waiting to be served in the branch, and they don't move, a very bad image for a large bank.
Very bad service, a card took ages, like an hour. Terrible service.
I came here thinking the service would be faster because of the location, and I was wrong! I waited an hour to be seen and had to leave because my lunch break was over. A disappointment, terrible service, everything was so slow, not enough staff to handle so many people, just awful! Don't come here!
