La verdad hay poca gente atendiendo, no hay nadie que te reciba en la entrada o quizás estaba en el wc el guardia. Llegué a las 13:45 y me atendieron a las 14:00, el lugar es limpio y agradable, PERO ES LA TERCERA SUCURSAL SIN ESBOZADORA ¡HORRIBLE! Pensé que podría sacar la tarjeta acá (porque estamos en Las Condes) Hay un enredo de información. Guíen al usuario y que aparezca en el buscador sobre cómo sacar tarjeta. El guardia fue amable al final del día y el servicio al cliente lo son de igual manera, pero no se cumple con la excelencia, dado lo dicho anteriormente.

The service was absolutely terrible, to say the least. We waited almost three hours and the numbers weren't moving. We notified the customer service representative, Ms. Paula Parada, who offered no solution other than telling us to sit and wait. Even people with disabilities were subjected to this kind of treatment. It's outrageous that, as a bank customer, they treat people this way. Especially since, after we asked again, she threatened us. Many people witnessed this. I hope no one ever has to endure such a terrible experience.

The door to the ATM doesn't open because the fingerprint scanner is faulty. It's one of the few branches that has a deposit-only ATM (express ATM).
