Nice bank with very helpful staff
Today I had to complete a lengthy procedure at this branch, and the representative was very helpful in explaining everything. Furthermore, they took the appropriate security measures for the transaction, contacting my representative before proceeding. I think this is an excellent practice on the part of the bank. I felt very well taken care of.
Terrible service from both a girl who only gave her first name, Patricia, and her boss, Claudio. She treated two people very poorly in front of me, and her boss condoned the abuse without doing anything. After I asked for her information for this complaint, she denied her last name twice and went into hiding.
I went to make a deposit and while I was waiting, an executive came to help me since I had a problem with the system. He was very kind and served me super well, he resolved all my doubts, and provided excellent service. I hope it is like this in other branches.
It's astonishing how slow they are... more than 30 minutes to go from one customer to another, many empty seats, people leave furious from the wait... Terrible, zero empathy and speed.
