Es incomprensible entender lo siguiente: Llegue con un cheque para cobrar y dos para depositar; la cajera me indica que me pagará el cheque pero que tengo que ir al cajero automático a depositar los otro dos, Osea lo podía hacer de una vez. Por que tengo que realizar dos filas?? Donde esta la buena atención hacia el cliente??
Both the customer service staff and the branch manager, Mr. Traslaviña, refused to provide me with a product associated with my checking account (Digipass), citing bank regulations. I changed branches, and they told me the information I had received was false. They provided me with the Digipass without any problem at the Moneda branch. Very poor service.
Today I went to get a card, and Yoselin (sorry if I misspelled it) helped me. She was very attentive, friendly, and cordial. A good experience.
Small crowd, fast service
They should train the staff. The only man working at the customer service counter doesn't know how to interact with people. They make you wait even when there are no customers in line, and then they treat you rudely without giving clear explanations. If they don't want to work there, they should find something else. They wasted a lot of my time.
