This branch has only six teller windows, and the service is incredibly slow. Taking a number is pointless if the teller windows are constantly switching between customer service and deposits or other transactions. Because of work, it's the closest branch to me, so my time is limited. Being a customer of this bank is useless 😡

Honestly, I feel so bad I'm ashamed to write this. In short, if I don't have millions, I'm worthless to the bank. No respect, no helpful attention, and all because they couldn't give clear instructions on how to recover an app password. Such ignorance among young people; they're very disrespectful to people of modest means.

Large branch with several tills, but service is too slow even when there are few customers.

The service was very slow, even though I'm a bank customer. The "queue" system makes no sense. They served several people who arrived later. There were no more than four people when I arrived, and I waited for almost half an hour. The branch is large, but it's not very busy. The service is terrible; if you can, go to another branch.

I went to the branch located at Alameda 2098 and Almirante la Torre, G 18 was my ticket. I was attended to at cashier #6. The manager asked if the card printing machine was working. A male voice answered NO. Laughter was heard, and the lady told me the news again. I asked if it was because I was late. She blushed, asked for my ID and my damaged card. I entered my information, asked for my fingerprint on the fingerprint reader, and again the male voice said, "I reject it." The lady just shrugged. "ZERO EMPATHY, LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, NO IDEA THAT THEY SELL A SERVICE." THE BANK HIRES THEM TO SERVE US, THE CUSTOMERS, IN THE BEST WAY. I lost my trip and my company permit (where all employees receive payments at Banco Chile). My question is, "Where did the branch agent go?" I suggest this branch hire workshops to improve customer service. Sence offers an in
