I don't understand we live in Belgium and only in Wallonië the speak french with hair on it. Nobody can or will speak English at least. Nederlands helemaal niet. Schande voor het land! And crelan! A shame!

Hello, we have been customers for over 40 years and are always satisfied with all services. It is very rare to find another agency that listens to your request and goes out of its way to resolve problems as quickly as possible.

A very complicated experience when taking over my mortgage. With Axa, it was much faster and more efficient. To add insult to injury, there was a lack of follow-up on my case. I had to chase them for months and months, even though the branch manager told me it should have been simple and quick. Even now, they've used the wrong account number for the mortgage transfer. They were overloaded with work and always in meetings when I tried to reach them. It's better to contact another branch that has more time to dedicate to you.

I strongly advise you to avoid taking out a mortgage through their agency! Not only did they deliberately falsify the information regarding our down payment when purchasing our property, increasing it without our prior consent, but they also adopted an unpleasant attitude during their phone calls to cover their tracks. I have never had such a negative experience in my entire life. Personally, considering the numerous comments, I don't understand why Axa's headquarters allows this agency to operate in such a way that damages their reputation. It's simply outrageous!
