Always warmly welcomed and well-informed. The staff are top-notch.
This is the second time I've gone back to withdraw money from my account. I have to justify everything I do; they impose limits even on small amounts. I get yelled at for withdrawing too much money. What's the point of a bank if it's only there to fill their accounts and justify myself when we want to enjoy our pensions? Even getting through on the phone has become a hassle before anyone answers! Axa has been taken over by them; I strongly advise against using them. I'm withdrawing my funds and leaving.
I've been satisfied for 35 years; they're always attentive. They give good advice.
