Today my partner and I came in to see Claire for some financial advice. The value we received from this conversation with her was incredible, really professional service communicated in an easy way to understand. 10/10.

I went into ASB to set up an account for my disabled son. Gina who works in the branch, referred me to Carolyn the community banker. Both ladies provided exceptional service and took time to understand our needs and ensure that we were happy!

I've been to the branch this afternoon to get a new card cuz i have lost my wallet. I dealt with a lady asked too many personal question, though I've presented my tempoly license for an id, it end up that she cant give me a new card bcuz of lock of identification. She just waste my time rather than told me to come back and bring a valid id. For me its very unprofessional.

ASB trys hard to provide good service but do not really understand customer needs. I have found them genuinely not helpful. They are are major bank and very good at avoiding customer needs by dismissing requests.

Maree has to be the worst person i have ever dealt with at ASB, she was rude and condescending. It was a simple mistake with a money transfer and she was rude beyond belief. It would just call the help desk and wait on hold for 45 minutes instead of being belittled by a grump lady with a chip on her shoulder.
