I've had a consistently negative experience at the Hornby ASB branch. This is the second time I've encountered unhelpful staff. The first time, they were unable to open an account for me, and I had to go to another branch to get it done. Today, I was denied a balance certificate for my account. The service here is consistently disappointing.
Roop was such a massive help and it was a really pleasure talking to her about our finances & accounts. She went above & beyond for me & my husband and I’d happily go back to talk with her in the future. 10/10 highly recommend!
Just wanna to say a big thank you to the staff in ASB Hornby branch, like Paula , Grace, especially Grace, thank you so much for your effort and efficiency, saved our day. The staff there are so friendly and helpful, recommend!
Staff is irresponseible, contemptuous and gave misleading information. They told us that they can't help us, and later we went to another ASB branch, the staff there helped us to get the matter done.
Why waste time banking with ASB with staff that treat you with contempt and distain, I mean most banks take this view but rarely show it. ASB - a step behind.
