ASB is the worst bank of New Zealand. I have used all banks in New Zealand. So far, ASB is the worst out of all. The customer service centre works the shortest time. The whole vibe feels arrogant, ruthless, complex but low efficiency. The charge highest fee when requires. They set limitations on your own money. ASB cards randomly forbid when the most needed. ASB share market team is behind but arrogant. 1 star even mercy. ASB deserve out of the Market.
