4 stars only because I was able to get a eftpos card but this branch will not do eftpos cards anymore, and I had to put up a fight just to get an eftpos card! Eftpos cards should not be cancelled at all especially for people who can’t use debit cards or don’t have one and can’t really wait for days for a card.

Horrible branch especially towards elderlys Grandpa wanted to print out bank statements which he has been doing for the last 50 years being with ASB and now it is no longer allowed apparently The lady then started saying to my grandpa and wife that he should start learning to get with online as it is not their fault that banks are encouraging it … grandpa felt so vulnerable during this encounter. Kept saying well he should be able to go into his email if he has a phone … shocking response … unacceptable customer service …. They should show more empathy towards our elders … As we walked about out …. can hear her rambling to her college who actually just sat there and heard the whole thing … PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR ELDERS TO THIS BRANCH

ASB Bank, Onehunga - Exceptional Service! I had the absolute best experience with ASB Bank in Onehunga. When I approached ANZ Bank to consolidate my loan, they were unable to assist me. However, ASB Bank turned out to be a game-changer! The manager, Mohammed Sharif, deserves a special mention. He was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the entire process with ease and efficiency. What could have been a stressful experience was made to feel like a piece of cake. The entire process was impressively fast, and his professionalism and expertise left me thoroughly impressed. ASB Bank in Onehunga is definitely the place to go if you’re looking for outstanding customer service and practical financial solutions. I couldn’t be happier with their support. Highly recommended!

I forgot her name. Starts with T or Trina was an excellent and helpful staff. She went through the details for my kiwi scheme saver when I was waiting from the head office for 3 / 4 days but still nothing. In the end the staff got it all right for me. Awesome service. Thank u T:)

I had to visit a branch to complete a cursed AML verification with my 86-year-old, deaf-as-a-door-post mum. It's a horrible process (not the bank's fault; thanks-not-thanks Govt) but Rashi was absolutely brilliant. She was so kind and patient and made the process so much easier. We were there for around 90 minutes in total and the time just flew by. I cannot thank Rashi enough for her professional and personal service. And my mum thinks Rashi is wonderful :-)
