I was met by Avi at Customer Service who gave me a fantastic experience in opening a business account. I was pleased with her knowledge, communication and service. The matter was dealt with swiftly. I was also welcomed by a gentleman who's name I didn't get to lead me the right way before I spoke to Avi. Seems like this branch's management has picked things up recently. Had an amazing experience compared to ASB's Highland Park Branch who couldn't help me whatsoever though the staff seemed available.
