ASB Remuera is not my closest branch, but it had a better rating. I went at lunchtime and there was no queue. Overall branch presentation was excellent. April was excellent - she competently set up two child accounts for me, and was very friendly, which is not always the case in other ASB branches. Parking is on-street, but definitely worth going out of your way to go to this under-rated branch.

I dont usually leave reviews but I thought I really have to for this one just because of the immaculate quality of service we received from Wayne at the Remuera branch on the 1st of June 2021 . My wife and I had just flown into the country relocating from Australia and the first thing we had to do was sort out our bank account. Wayne went above and beyond to help us achieve what we came to the branch for. Wayne was solution oriented and went the extra mile to help us through the process of opening our joint account. We really appreciate your assistance Wayne, as a customer service specialist myself, it pleases me to see a gem like yourself on the front line of service. So solution oriented, customer focused and initiative. Well done !

Generally really good - but ASB Remuera was closed Fri 190Nov - specially looked at the website which said open That's a bit lazy - please keep website up to date.

The worst bank ever, after going in there for some help, they couldn't explain to me as to why they couldn't do something for me only that they couldn't, as soon as I was done in here called 0800 number for asb and they told me the same thing abut gave me a reason as to why you cant use just any form of bill when opening a account, they actually explained as to why, the knowledge is bad here, and it disappointed me being with asb, but the contact centre restored my faith a little as they were knowledgeable wont ever go back here again even if it was the last asb around Id give a 0 but cant do it Cause I left annoyed that they couldn't give me answers.

shut all my banks down near me,went to remuera and couldn't park anywhere,first chance i get my money is coming out of this bank why do the keep shutting branches we are all not on the internet and they are trying to kill getting at our money,just wait till we hit trouble they will shut the doors and then what,its about time customers come first,
