Excellent attention from Denise and Francis, they were attentive and efficient, they even recommended me places to go to look for a job (I am on a working holiday visa), definitely the ponsonby branch is the best ASB branch.

Not what it was. Visited twice in last two weeks. Each time the queue was so long - over an hour - that I simply gave up. This is a large branch. Why not open twice a week?
