We went to this branch today to create a new bank account and we were assisted by Ms Julia. She was very nice, helpful and accommodating. She even gave best wishes to us as a new married couple. We appreciate it. Thank you so much!!

My money was stolen by their ATM I came to deposit cash into the ATM at this branch. I never had such a terrible experience that their ATM machine would not work. So I did not count the exact amount. The ATM swallowed all the notes but did not deposit into my account. I submitted a dispute and they told me that there was only $660 that they found. However, I am sure that I deposited more than $660. I have 20 notes $20 and at least 10 notes of $50. So it cannot be $660. This is so scary. From now on I will come to the counter to do the deposit even it costs a bit for their manual handling rather than losing so much money to their ATM machine. A popular bank of New Zealand with a terrible ATM machine. Unbelievable.
