Had to close my ANZ Access Advantage, transfer funds in that account to my ANZ Plus account, with merely a valid ID present. Cass did such a great job! She was so professional and accomodating to all our questions about the interest rates at ANZ+ and my options moving forward. We had such an enjoyable experience thanks to her. The aura of the office is very warm as well! The rest of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. If ever I had to settle future ANZ matters, I would be sure to visit this branch over any other.
