I had a great experience at the bank. Yesterday, Mr. Vincent was very helpful during our conversation about AHB. Today, while I was waiting, he even said hello to me , very friendly. Syasya was friendly and knowledgeable when assisting me with the AHB, and Azerina was very courteous while helping to open my bank account. Everything went smoothly. The customer service was excellent, including the security staff, Yana and Amalina, who were friendly and polite. Thank you for the good service🥰
The staffs are so friendly and caring. They're very understanding as well. They don't hesitate or sulk when customers are in need of help. Especially if you're a student, you don't have to worry about the staff belittling you or even scolding you.
