Wonderful experience at HLB Nilai. They were very accommodating throughout my business account opening process. My first visit could not be completed due to a system downtime, but when I returned a few days later, everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Every single staff member at the branch was helpful, friendly, and respectful. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone genuinely seemed happy to assist. Honestly, it is probably the most respectful and happiest bank branch I have ever been in. Truly grateful for the excellent service. 👍

Went to do thumbprint verification for credit card application on 12.45pm 28/11/2025. Very bad attitude and from one of the malay female staff, she is not wearing her nametag. Told her my agent has sent email to them, she never check on computer, straight away say they didn't receive any and ask us to go back. I called my agent and let them talk, then I pass my IC to her, she take it away very rudely. Feel like she is trying to avoid her job and don't wanna service customer. Very bad experience
