This branch is very disappointing. The manager seems to dislike foreigners and was not helpful at all. He even asked me for a tenancy agreement in Berjaya Times Square, and although I provided it, he still refused to open the account. In contrast, the Taman Maluri branch didn’t ask for anything — the staff were very friendly and I opened my account quickly without any unnecessary procedures. I do not recommend this branch at all.
