One of the slowest bank branches I’ve experienced. The waiting time was excessive, and the staff worked at an extremely slow pace. There was little sense of urgency, and customers were left waiting without clear communication. Very inefficient service. Would not recommend this branch if you value your time.

Extremely slow service even when the bank is extremely empty. It seems only one counter is working and everyone is just minding their own business. This is by far the Worst bank I’ve been to

Would like to complain regarding parking at Wisma Menjalara where Ambank is located. It’s really very annoying and irritating whenever I parked my car there but was warned or being chased out. The security guard said it’s belonged to the bank and we are not allowed to park there for breakfast or lunch as it reserved for bank customers only. The ridiculous issue is there’s no red line being painted on the parking lot or any words being sprayed on the lots as reserved parking. Besides, it’s a common area where anyone can park there. I m also one of bank customers too n after done my bank transaction at ATM, just think that want to have a light breakfast at Kopi Street which is just less than 5 minutes walk. The security guard on duty is very rude and told me to go off immediately after done my transaction. I think Ambank or the building management should look into this matter. The management should consider painting red colour on the so called reserved for bank customers. A Senior Citize
