Horrible service and attitude. None of the staff seem to know how to handle the Ambank business app error, and they even asked me to fix it myself at home. Hello — if I knew how to fix it, I wouldn’t have come all the way to your outlet! I’m really frustrated with this kind of service.

Thumbs up only for the auntie security. The rest of the staff, including the counter staff (only two counters were open), were really terrible. I've never encountered staff who complain and grumble so much. Their attire should reflect their character, but unfortunately, it doesn’t. Wearing a hijab, but... Oh, and one more thing—the Ambank system here is quite unusual. When you arrive, don’t press the queue number right away. You have to wait and sit first. Only after the customer at the counter is done can you press the number. All customers have to wait for their turn to press the number after each transaction at the counter is completed.

I'm going to this branch two times. Same situation I facing. The Indian lady very rude. I already explain to her. But she still ask me "what do you want to do?" . Also the Malay guy. They are not suitable sit at the front desk. They dont even know how to serve customer at all. . They do not well trained !!!!!

Very lazy staff , everything wants us to do by machine . That man didn’t know one day he can be replaced by machine.
