I would like to express concern regarding my recent parking experience at your car park. Carparking is part of the service a bank should have. I was informed by security that parking is free for the first 5 minutes. My check on my accounts took 6 minutes, after which I was charged RM10. 5 minutes how to settle things in the bank? I have no issue with the bank staff, 5 stars review for them. 5 stars deduction for the parking experience but I felt the parking attendant was rude and unreasonable in handling my situation. As a priority client, I would expect clearer guidance and more considerate service. Please review this policy and the attendant’s conduct, and advise on possible remedies or a courtesy adjustment for the charge. I appreciate a faster, more client-focused service in the future.

I came to Hong Leong Sri Hartamas to accompany my mom for her random bank stuff. Was pleasantly surprised to see all the staffs wearing traditional outfits, which I found quite awesome since its for Thaipusam. Overall the experience was nice, environment was pleasant and well-kept. The staffs were also very kind and attentive to my mom's inquiries. Definitely would come back to this branch again!

The branch staff were all polite, super friendly and the service of the manager who attended me was efficient and friendly. This morning I saw the entire operations staff took a group photo just before the branch was opened. I love the camaraderie amongst them. Kudos to the manager!

I came to the bank to deposit money, but then I saw the staff at the counter looking beautiful wearing traditional Thaipusam clothes. The bank looks colorful today. The staff is also very friendly and kind. Highly recommended! 😍😍

I was at hong leong sri hartamas few days ago as i had some problem with my debit card and was attended to by a staff named Puan Rosnah, i have to say that she was excellant and proffesional and sorted out the problem i had within minutes. Very very good customer service by Puan Rosnah, keep up the good work
