Saudi Arabia does not run a personal income tax system. For a salaried individual with a bank account, that is effectively the whole answer.

There is no individual income tax scheme in Saudi Arabia.

Income tax is not imposed on an individual's earnings where those earnings come only from employment in Saudi Arabia.

PwC: "There is no individual income tax scheme in Saudi Arabia."

If your income is employment and savings

Where an individual's income comes from employment in Saudi Arabia, income tax is not imposed on it. There is no personal income tax return for a salary, and no personal income tax on a deposit balance.

Where it becomes more complicated

Non-employment income is treated differently — PwC notes it is taxed as an entity or permanent establishment. If your money is coming from a business or an investment structure rather than a salary and a savings account, this page is not enough and you should take local advice.

Zakat is a separate thing

Zakat is an Islamic levy on qualifying wealth, administered alongside tax in the Kingdom. It is assessed on net assets rather than on income, and it is not the same as an income tax on interest. Who it falls on, and how it is calculated, is a question for a local adviser.
