The workers serve each person for 30 minutes, the line is long, as if they are paid hourly, there is no understanding of other people, I waited an hour and a half to change currency

I wanted to change 1600 euros and they said they could only change 1000 because they “don’t have lei”. I didn’t get it at all… I come to the bank and the bank doesn’t have lei? It’s funny

The staff's approach leaves much to be desired.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. They act like they're there to chat, not work—they're discussing personal matters loudly while people stand in line for 15-20 minutes. They're completely indifferent to customers: instead of serving an elderly person or a woman with a baby, the staff are glued to their phones. It feels like you've stumbled into a frat party during recess, not a bank. This bank deserves the title of worst in terms of professionalism. Disgraceful.

The staff is incompetent. Every single teller told me I couldn't pay off my loan using my phone's electronic ID. I've never met such stupid and incompetent people anywhere in Moldova. A bank with 1 star rating is what you deserve, and that's 3 fewer clients in my family!
