Incompetent and arrogant workers, they don't understand Romanian and they are not able to help you with anything. They don't know anything, neither transfers nor withdrawals nor deposits. I don't recommend this branch to anyone

I've been using this bank's card for six years now. Today I had an issue with their web banking app (it's not very user-friendly). The girls were very friendly and helpful. (This is for the Balti branch, at 6/3 Stefan cel Mare Street.)
