Not sure what happened to this bank but since a year now it's worst and worst, I don't recommend it, the commissions are huge, even stupid how the charge when you get money out of their ATM or inside the bank. Don't get credits or make cards Go to Victoria or MAIB

I haven't had so many problems with any bank. The problem is with the bank itself and their methods of operation. There's no 24/7 support. You can't transfer money to a card outside of business hours. Yesterday I made two MIA transfers. What could possibly go wrong? Or maybe the money hasn't reached me yet, the 6,500 lei amount, and it just vanished. Yes, they said it would be by the end of the day. But I didn't make the transfer for nothing, did I? I needed the money for something... There was another incident, we were abroad. I paid for gas with an Energbank card. Both times they charged me 3,000 lei, even though the amount was much less. I waited over a month for a refund, and that was after dealing with them. We paid for gas with a Moldink card, and everything was great. They didn't just charge us for nothing. Overall, I've only had negative experiences with this bank.

Given the situation, one of the people defending the interests of the given citizen went to the bank to receive a solution from the "dignitaries" of the respective banking system, to which the bank employees simply shrugged their shoulders, mentioning that they are powerless in the face of this case. Today I was at Energbank's main office on Tighina Street, I wanted to deposit a sum of money into the account (Junior deposit) for my child who has come of age, but you don't let me deposit money into the account because it says that the account was frozen by the child's parents, but I, as the stepfather, am not allowed to deposit, I understand that in order to withdraw the money I am not allowed, but I don't understand why you can't add money to the Junior deposit, it's absurd.
