The presentation is very good and clear
When I first entered, the security guard was very friendly and asked me a lot of questions. When I got to the cashier, the guy wearing glasses was friendly, thorough and willing to provide education. The place is spacious, the service is good and safe, but please, the AC is really cold.
Unfortunately, there is no CRM machine for cash deposits yet.
The service is lacking, they should use a queue number so that no one goes astray and knows the SP first, don't just point, it's nice if the one you point to is correct, the queue is already very long.
Were supposed to email me when they have my card which their atm didnt give out. They send the email to the wrong adress and destroyed my card. Never use an atm from danamon friends.
When I registered and became a new customer, I was teased by the CS lady and given a personal number even though she clearly knew I already had children and a wife, she kept chasing me even though I was a sailor. Basically, the officers are flirtatious. How can Danamon recruit flirtatious officers?
