They're so pushy about getting a CC, even though they didn't apply for one. Banks are the most complicated. 👎

My suggestion is to close this branch for efficiency. Before arriving at the bank, I already informed them that I wanted to take care of my blocked ATM card because it had expired. Essentially, I had to come in, replace my card, and reset my PIN at the bank's EDC machine. When I got there, they said the EDC was broken. I was directed to the Sudirman branch. I already knew I was going there, but they didn't tell me why the machine was broken. It was a complete waste of time. It was incredibly hot and I was carrying a small child. Very unprofessional.
