Speechless when it comes to make any confirmation to their head office. Late, laze. The branch has no intention highly enough to serve customer. Both opening and closing the account, been experienced trouble 👎👎👎👎👎

Try moving one of the CS, don't let him be in the CS department anymore because the service is lacking. I want to go to Bank Danamon Cibubur but I'm hesitant because I'm lazy if there's a CS there.
The CS is Ms Dewi/Dwi (?) who is a Gundar graduate, hahaha, she is very kind, Masyaallah, really. The security guard is also very responsive and helpful.
The CS is not friendly. If Danamon recruits CS, they should train them first so they have a good attitude.
