The service was okay. The staff was friendly. The customer service and marketing staff also helped me. Since it was too far to pick up my card and passbook here, I moved the verification process to Cibubur, which is supposed to be the closest office to my address. Initially, opening an account was a bit complicated. They said my ID card was blurry, and then they changed the reason, saying it was gray. The customer service didn't know why they sent me to the branch. But I didn't mind, maybe it's standard operating procedure. Thank you.

Sampai detik ini tidak ada itikad baik , ketika pembukaan rekening saya diminta untuk setor uang tunai , setelah setor tunai tetapi saya tidak dapat menggunakan layanan kartu debit maupun rekening yang saya butuhkan . sebagai calon nasabah saya sangat dirugikan dikarenakan uang sudah disetor tetapi saya tidak mendapatkan layanan fasilitas bank .
