Best Customer service compared to any bank in Qatar.

Pros: Getting interest on your current account without freezing your fund. I like that. Whenever I've needed something, they come to my office, that saves me time. Never had any issues with payments abroad like I had with the previous bank I was with. Cons: Not all information is on their website. Cannot set automatic bank transfers via their app.

Really, all the staff were professional and kind. It took 5 minutes from me since I passed the outdoor till I leave after finishing my issue successfully.

I recently got a Himyan prepaid card at Al Rayan Bank's Wakra Branch and had a great experience. Manager AbdulAziz was polite, professional, and made the process stress-free. His behavior and manners were excellent, and I was impressed by the bank's overall customer service. I highly recommend this branch and thank AbdulAziz for his outstanding service.

I had a very frustrating experience with the customer service at the teller counter. 1. There was only one person ahead of me, yet I waited over 40 minutes to be attended. There was only one staff member working, which is unacceptable for a bank during business hours. 2. On top of that, the queue was not respected, they gave service to other people who were not even in the waiting area. 3. There was also an error in the bank’s own procedures, which caused even more delay and confusion. 4. To make matters worse, withdrawing money in a different currency took over an hour. 5. In total, the whole process took 1 hour and 30 minutes. This level of service is completely unacceptable and needs urgent improvement.

Tellers there don't want to do their job, not helpful, we're supposed to give me a paper for a cheque without fund, they refused to do it, and asked me to do it from my own bank, they wasted now a few days of my time and delayed me on purpose from getting my right. So, in summary, lazy and not cooperative.

Customer service slow. Waited 50 mn. Had to leave for work. And yes some local people bypass the waiting queue. This is true and all what other reviewers said is true. Good point it’s very calm.
