I don't know about the previous reviews but this branch is one of the most accommodating banks I've been to. From the guards up to the bank employees they were very helpful with my concern when I went there last May 6, 2021. Keep it up!

Great nice excellent

Very slow account opening process. I arrived at the bank at 11am and finished at 1:45pm! There were very few customers and I was the next in customer service. There are a lot of side tracked that delayed my whole account opening process. I have all my documents ready but the process is still very slow. THE BANK MANAGER IS NOT APOLOGETIC ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. I will never deal with customer service here again. UPDATE: August 30, 2024. The banker says that there's a problem with encashing the check and I should be the one to call the issuing branch which is EastWest Cavite Naic. My check is issued by EastWest hence, I should not be the one to call!

we visited your branch nov 22 2022. Your staff esp the opening of new accounts is not accommodating they did not welcome new applicants and the way he talked to us seems we are not welcome bec we dressed very simple. so we went to other bank (BPI) nearby and we successfully opened an account.

Faulty ATM. Shut down when it was about to dispense the cash withdrawn. Now i Got debited and need to dispute. Waste of time

It takes 4 hrs to open a savings account, For 2 customers,9am is the only time the client is here if the staff is not on lunch break, no rush! 1pm is already here. Dec 26 the bank is open but they say there is no staff to assist then come back now you have to wait for almost 4hrs!what a service! The staff even managed to call "hubby" even though the service was slow.Guards are not accommodating they didnt know how to treat the client well,

Very slow process, 4 open teller, yet not a single one focus on their teller job. They are multi tasking, the effect is customers wait for too long! It will take you three hours just to make a deposit!
