This is the best bank at par I've dealt with in Oman. Shinas branch has a helpful and supportive staff. Even the branch manager is friendly and supportive in customer issues. The bank is way ahead in technology than other banks. Very happy with their services.

A very bad bank. It is only good for online shopping, but for borrowing it is bad and no less bad than the National Bank of Oman.
