It makes no sense that a bank operating in the UAE, whether digital or traditional, has been in business for four years and yet only provides a single ATM across all of Dubai. I regret opening an account with them, as this level of service is unacceptable and highly inconvenient.

"Extremely disappointed with the service at this branch. My account has been blocked for over 25 days without any prior notice or valid reason. I have visited the branch multiple times, wasted hours standing in lines, only to be given false promises that it would be resolved in '24 hours.' It has been nearly a month and I still have no access to my funds. The management is unprofessional and completely indifferent to customer grievances. Save yourself the mental agony and avoid this bank if you value your time and money."
