Thanks for abk community for solve my problem was money debited from my account but cash not came from ATM now I feel better because my money was credited quickly thank you one more time ... Excellent bank service's and bank staff behavior.

A very quiet place in a vital area. It is very close to the ministries complex area. Therefore, it saves you time and effort if you need any papers or documents from the bank to complete your transactions, whether with the civil service or the Ministry of Electricity and Water, for example, but not limited to. The place is also clean and there are multiple parking spaces outside. The employees inside are very cooperative and have high morals and will gladly help you. Outside, there are ATMs available 24 hours a day.

You won't find a bank in the world that is as corrupt as this.Unable to update civil ID and mobile number, When you go there, they tell you to go and tell the company you work for.I can't even get a bank app for free.It's been a week since my salary came and I still can't withdraw money. My ATM card is blocked.Asking for civil ID update.Bank employees are not updating civil ID.

One of the Worst Customer service ever I seen, to close a loan amount 2 days I sent in the bank

This is the worst bank in kuwait,they provide one of the pathetic service in the banking sector in kuwait.Staff not at all helpful to the customer they provide no assistance at all, in addition to that they dont have any manners to talk with customer.If i have a option to give negative stars i will definitely do that. Have a request with Abk bank management please take some action on this specially with the Subhan branch

Very slow service, one Teller available.

Extremely slow service. Too much waiting time. Just to deposit money I had to wait for 2 hours. Only 1 teller at work. Out of all the banks in Kuwait , ABK is the bank with the slowest customer service.
