Zenith Bank Plot 620 Gana Street Maitama

One of the worst banking experiences I have came across so far ….. More than 2 weeks passed since I visited the branch to open an account and It has not been created yet … they say there is a technical error and it is just bad luck !!!????….. very unprofessional and poor quality service …

I went to the last branch of the Zenith bank on Gana Street Maitama. It's a big bank building with a moderate parking space at the adjacent plot for their customers. There's temperature check ahead of one gaining entrance and the use of both nose mask and hand sanitizer is compulsory to access the bank. Although the reception by the bank staff is good and nice but I think the staff need to be more trained to answer customers queries as my queries weren't answers as I have to be passed from one office to the other on a number of occasions even without providing answers to my queries.

The Zenith bank in Maitama is always busy especially at the rush hours

This destination is wrong. I used my map to get to this place with the hope of using the the bank and there was no bank on this street. Please, the fellow who orchestrated this mistake should do well to correct it. Thank u.

Beautiful architecture. I love the branch. They have coordinated security men.
