Opening a new salary account here. It is taking for ever
Waiting an hour for transfer. No queue, no other customers. Just me, waiting an hour and counting with no explanation why a transfer is taking over an hour. In a working establishment, a transfer will take 5 mins at most including form, and ID verification.
It is one of the three branches of Zenith Bank PLC located in Maitama. The three branches are close to each other. About 200 to 300 metres apart. This branch is unique in that it is in the middle.
