Waiting to just deposit your money is horrendous. Its been 2 hours of waiting and still waiting. If you have a transaction that you can do somewhere else, then go somewhere else, Make this place as your last resort
Aparrently, email asked to bring ID and proof of billing to claim an already applied account online. Then asking for documents not mentioned in the email they sent.
one hour to do a simple cash deposit. one teller closed. we can definitely use an automated cash deposit machine don't you think?

This branch is really really SUCKS! took me 2 1/2 HOURS for cash deposit. My gosh. I was late from my promotional interview because of it. The other branch can do less that 10mins so I though it will not take longer. But i was wrong. Thanks to you guys! I didn't got my promotion. After i work for 4years for that promotion. To your higher ups! Please kindly investigate this issue. Not all your clients has a lot of time to wait on the line for your slow transaction.
