teller are dumb ur ccomplaining about the otp is notworking it didnt send to my number registered instead keep answering me about withdrawal i didnt ask to wirhdraw i ask about transacting the app i want to view my acct i cant open it due to otp didnt work my concern didnt answered instead he ask me to go der ipad to create withdrawal how dumb right?
Applied for an EON card with UB and got my card sooner than expected. Erick was the one assisting me when I picked up my card at this branch. I accidentally left my ID and realized it only when I was already home and it was already past the bank's closing time. Erick went out of his way to make sure I get my IDs back within the same day. Excellent customer service!
-VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. ALL THE NUMBERS POSTES ON THE UNION BANK DOES NOT WORK. THEY DONT ANSWER AT ALL. NO WORKING NUMBER TO CALL THE SPECIFIC BANK. NO CONTACT TO REACH. EITHER BUSY OR NOT WORKING. REALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE. VERY VERY WORST!
