I want to express my most heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Guenter Pettendorfer and Mrs. Claudia Biberger, who were extremely kind, professional and exactly helped me to quickly open a bank account, respectively to make a transfer of funds to the bank... I would very much glad to see many more such employees in Germany, in this difficult crisis time, and I wish the entire team of the bank success in leading Germany out of the financial crisis.

I received excellent help at the Moosburg branch: The employee took the time to help me quickly and efficiently, and was very friendly and helpful. It's a shame that these employees aren't available more often due to the bank's opening hours. But today I was glad I don't bank with an online bank. Top-notch service! 👍

HVB Landshut... What can I say? The staff's friendliness is poor, and their accessibility and customer service are abysmal. HVB used to be a real bank, but sadly, it isn't anymore.

I was served by Ms. Biberger at the counter – and I must say: I have rarely been received so warmly and kindly! She took her time, explained everything calmly, and was consistently courteous and truly very competent. You really feel well taken care of by her. Thank you so much for the excellent service – you don't experience something like that every day!

Hey, Business Easy Service with no service at all 🙈 After 2 hours and 8 minutes, you're automatically disconnected! 4:40 PM Update: Another 18-minute wait, finally got through to someone… but was then transferred to IT support… which is a voice computer that mumbles something about a mobile app and then politely thanks you with the words… “this call ends here.” Clumsy, kicked out… my goodness, this is so frustrating! September 8, 2022 Update - despite all accounts being closed, they're still charging account maintenance fees… another 31 minutes on hold and then disconnected (890-37842000 is the phone number with no operator). I then called the Landshut number I found on Google, but the automated system keeps asking for an ID :-( I DON'T EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT ANYMORE…. They told me that an employee had indeed emptied and transferred funds from an account, but they forgot to delete everything :-( My goodness, this is so frustrating!
